ประกาศรายชื่อผู้เข้าสอบ TOEIC วันเสาร์ที่ 16 ธ.ค. 2566 รอบเช้า 09.30-12.30 น. – บ่าย 13.30-16.30น.

กรุณาอ่านรายละเอียดให้ชัดเจน เนื่องจากมี 2 ห้องสอบ และ 2 รอบสอบ

ห้องสอบที่ 1 ห้องประชุม 1 ชั้น 4 ณ หอสมุดกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี

ห้องสอบที่ 2 ห้องลีลาวดี ชั้น 4 อาคารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ (อยู่ตรงข้ามสนามกีฬา มรส.)

ตรวจสอบ ชื่อ-สกุล ห้องสอบ และรอบสอบ ให้ถูกต้อง หากมีชื่อสะกดผิดให้มาแก้ไข ณ วันสอบ

รายงานตัวก่อนเวลาสอบ 1 ช.ม. พร้อมบัตรประจำตัวนักศึกษา / บัตรประชาชน/บัตรประจำตัวเจ้าหน้าที่ หรือหลักฐานการชำระเงิน *กรุณาตรวจสอบวันหมดอายุบัตรประจำตัวต่างๆ Personal applicants arrive at the test room 1 hour before time.

ปิดรับลงทะเบียน และไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณีหากเลยเวลาเข้าห้องสอบ 10 นาที หรือข้อสอบได้เริ่มทำไปแล้ว

แต่งกายสุภาพ สำหรับนักศึกษาให้แต่งกายนักศึกษา หากบัตรนักศึกษาสูญหาย ให้ขอใบรับรองการเป็นนักศึกษา ณ สำนักส่งเสริมงานทะเบียนแนบคู่บัตรประชาชน เพื่อเข้าห้องสอบ

ทางเรามีอุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียนเตรียมไว้ให้ ห้ามนำอุปกรณ์อิเล็คทรอนิกส์ใดๆ มือถือ นาฬิกาทุกชนิด กุญแจรีโมตรถทุกชนิด หรืออุปกรณ์ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าห้องสอบเด็ดขาด

สวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ในอาคาร
แจ้งความประสงค์ต้องการรับเอกสารผลคะแนนโดยแจ้งที่อยู่แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ ณ ห้องสอบ(มีค่าใช้จ่าย กรุณานำเงินสดมา50-100บาท) หรือสามารถมารับด้วยตัวเองฟรี ณ ศูนย์ภาษา มรส.

หากท่านใดมีอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์เช่นโลหะดามกระดูกอุปกรณ์ช่วยฟัง เครื่องกระตุ้นหัวใจ เป็นต้น“ซึ่งอาจจะทำให้เครื่องตรวจวัตถุส่งเสียงร้อง”ต้องนำเอกสารยืนยันทางการแพทย์มาแสดงด้วย(โรงพยาบาลของรัฐฯเท่านั้นอายุไม่เกิน1ปี)

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TOEIC TEST TAKERS All TOEIC test takers can help ensure that the test administration is efficient, fair, and secure by followingthese directions.Documents strictly required for testing room entry

*Test Policies, Procedures, and ProcessBefore taking the TOEIC test, please be familiar with the following process:

1. NO electronic devices of any kind such as mobile telephones, mobile headset, flash drives, USB drives,electronic car keys, MP3 are allowed in the test room, even if switched off.

2. NO personal belongings of any kind such as briefcases, watches, pocket books, car keys, stationary, purses,PDAs, or documents are allowed in the testing room execpt purse.

3. The test takers who have any internal the medical appliance, such as steel fixation or use the audiphone mustshow a recent doctor confirmation letter issued not more than 1 year to CPA staff.

4. Sign your name on the test takers list and deposit your some belongings with SIT staff in front of the testingroom.

5. Show your valid national I.D. card (or valid electronic driver’s license, or valid passport) and valid student IDcard to CPA’s staff before entering into the testing room.

6. CPA staff will scan your body to make sure that you will not bring any electronic devices and personal belongingsinto the testing room.

7. The CPA test administrator and proctors will determine examinee test-room seating assignments.

8. Begin the test.

9. The test takers are required to remain in the testing room throughout the duration of the test.

10. Collect your personal belongings back from ELCS and SIT staff.

11. Hygienic mask needed.
